Resources
In addition to the core content on Jangled Jester, this page serves as a reference hub for nonreligious support, tools, and communities especially for those who reject faith but embrace America First principles.
As an atheist myself, I've often struggled to find local like-minded people in a landscape where most atheist networks lean heavily liberal and progressive. Many secular spaces cringe at right-leaning views, especially when it comes to immigration, foreign aid (like ending funding to Israel or avoiding endless wars), or protecting children from experimental gender procedures. Rejecting God is straightforward binary truth just as biological sex is binary. You're either a man or a woman; God is either real or not. There's no necessity for mysticism in either case.
Jangled Jester carves out space for nonreligious America First proponents who share core commitments with faithful patriots: secure borders, deporting illegal immigrants, withdrawing from foreign entanglements, and safeguarding kids from adult ideological experiments. You can appreciate Christianity's historical role in shaping America's moral and cultural foundation without mandating belief in it. Objectivism, libertarianism, and anarcho-capitalism can provide rational frameworks that put liberty first, value personal responsibility, and allow skepticism toward coercive authority, whether religious or statist.
Mainstream atheist communities often alienate conservatives, while traditional America First circles emphasize Christianity. But there's overlap worth exploring: atheists can defend religious liberty as part of individual freedom (no forcing God on anyone, no criminalizing consensual adult relationships), while conservatives can tolerate secular diversity (Christians, atheists, Pagans, Hindus, Muslims, and more coexisting under American liberty). How do we celebrate gay rights yet oppose transgender interventions on children? How do we demand mass deportations while honoring the secular pluralism already here? These are some of the real questions Jangled Jester engages.
The Resources page is your bulletin board: links, projects, books, podcasts, organizations, and materials worth checking if these themes resonate. Secular independence, objectivist integrity, America First politics, and crossing aisles without compromising principles. Building a strong reference set and support network helps when in-person nonreligious community is scarce, especially one that welcomes your full ethos. If this clicks, whether you're already walking this path, undergoing your own revelations, or just curious, then welcome to the jangle. You're in good company. Check back often; this space (and any movement it sparks) will evolve with new voices, projects, and ideas.
Thanks for stopping by. Let's keep exploring objectivism, physicalist philosophy, secular liberty, and authentic American living.
