Private Events Hosted by Jangled Jester

As the founder of Jangled Jester, I'm bringing the magick of candles, cocktails, and shared creativity straight to you. We'll craft a memory together that celebrates rational self-enchantment and wonder in the physical world. With 5+ years as a professional candlemaker, ABC licensed, fully insured, and many years in the food, restaurant, bar, and event industries, I deliver safe, high-quality, and thoughtfully hosted gatherings and bring all the candle and drink supplies. When alcohol is present, 21+ participants only with valid driver's licenses required, mocktail and family-friendly parties also available.

What's Included

Themed Host — I arrive in seasonal Jangled Jester attire, bring a party speaker, and candle/cocktail craft gear to guide the event with fun and clear instruction.

Custom Candle for Every Guest — Each participant crafts and takes home their own 8oz premium organic soy candle using my formulations.

2 Drink Tickets Per Guest — Enjoy a handcrafted Jangled Jester cocktail (or mocktail) while you craft. Limited to two craft cocktails/mocktails per person for a safe, enjoyable experience around hot wax.

Sensory Selection — Choose from at least 6 premium fragrances from my candle and perfume collections.

Full Setup & Cleanup — I provide all candle and cocktail making materials and handle cleanup so you can fully participate.

Flower & Balloon Bouquet — A beautiful bouquet of real flowers and helium balloons to make your event special and for you or your guests to keep.

 

Time/Size/Space

Event Duration: 2 hours

Group Size: 6–30 guests

Space: I come to you. Setup anywhere alcohol service is allowed (if providing 21+ beverages). You are responsible for paying any venue and/or alcoholic service fees if not hosting in your home. Electrical outlets must be accessible.

Travel Territory

I serve the region between Atlanta, GA • Nashville, TN • Bristol, VA. All inquiries and booking requests must be sent via Quote Request form. Please include your preferred date, number of guests, location, etc. All participants must provide driver's licenses to be served.

Travel Fee: If travel distance is more than 60 miles, an additional travel fee of $40 is required with booking.

Pricing

$69 per person (minimum 6 guests) No tip necessary. Gratuity is already included, so during the event we focus on crafts not cash.

• All candle-making supplies (organic soy wax, jars, wicks, labels)
• Premium fragrance selection
• 2 craft cocktails or mocktails per guest, cups, straws, and napkins

Event Disclaimer

Jangled Jester events are grounded in non-mystic, physicalist principles — celebrating rational wonder, sensory experience, and the joy of creation in the physical world.

Please note: Guests must all be 21+ when alcohol is provided. Jangled Jester is not responsible for providing additional party supplies such as streamers, food, decorations, and any other items beyond the candle-making and cocktails/mocktail materials.

While these gatherings may naturally spark interesting conversations, they are not spaces for divisive debate or debunking personal beliefs. I make it a point to keep the atmosphere focused on fun, human-centered connection. Philosophical exploration may come up, and some topics can be thought-provoking, but private events are always intended to be light-hearted, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

Conversations stay friendly, open, and conversational — the goal is good company, creativity, and shared enchantment through making and savoring together.
