How are your candles made?

With stove-melted organic soy wax and non-toxic hand-mixed fragrance blends, poured into an 8 oz. tin container and wicked with pure cotton.

Can I get the recipe to my custom order?

No, neither custom candles nor fragrance oils include the exact recipe. You will receive a general description of the fragrance palette.

How long does shipping take?

Processing times run between 3 and 14 business days depending on the size of the project. Processing cannot be expedited. Delivery time is based on the shipping method you choose during checkout.

What if I don't like my fragrance?

It is recommended you start with a $18 fragrance sampler that includes (3) different blends custom to your concept. If you do not prefer the blends, please purchase as many samplers as you'd like until you find the ideal blend.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted nor any refunds issued. Should you encounter a product flaw from shipment, please contact your carrier first to submit a claim. If you have further concerns, please email support@jangledjester.com.
